Resource Center for the Homeless

Myself, Pastor Roberto of Universal Missionary Church and many others have put our time and effort into developing an effective solution to the epidemic of homelessness. We have had a brief audience with the City Council to share our proposal, and would welcome the opportunity to present it in more detail at the Council's earliest convenience.
